Privacy
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit cmets.ai. The site is a pre-launch marketing presence: there are no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, and no payment flows, so there is no way to submit personal data to us through this site. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect — We do not operate our own analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not build visitor profiles. As with any website, the site cannot be delivered without processing limited technical data about each request, such as the network address the request comes from, the page or file requested, basic information about your browser, and the time of the request.
How we use it — We use this technical data only to deliver the pages you ask for, to keep the site available and protected against abuse, and to diagnose faults. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions about you. Where European data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Service providers — The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security protection. Cloudflare processes technical request data on our behalf as our processor, under its data processing terms, and may process it in countries other than your own. We do not share visitor data with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep it — Technical data is retained only for the short period needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, and is then deleted. We do not build long-term records of individual visitors.
Your rights — Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Because this site collects no names, contact details, or account information, what we hold is normally limited to technical records that we cannot readily connect to an identified person, which may limit what we are able to locate or act on in response to a request.
Contact — The identity of the company responsible for this site and a contact channel for privacy questions will be published here before the service launches.
Changes to this notice — If we later add features that process more personal data, such as sign-up, contact forms, analytics, or payments, we will update this notice before those features go live.
